Dr. Frank Stich III, is a graduate of Texas Christian University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. While at LSU he was awarded the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Graduating Senior, the Board of Regents' Academic Scholarship and graduated as Valedictorian of his dental school class. Dr. Stich specialized in Orthodontics by attending Baylor College of Dentistry for two years, receiving his Masters degree in Orthodontics in 1987. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), the Texas Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, and the Foundation for Orthodontic Research. Dr. Stich and his wife, Mary Grace, have lived in Coppell since 1987 when he established his full time, exclusive practice of orthodontics in Coppell. They have two sons, Hunter and Clayton.

Treatment Coordinators
Our Treatment Coordinators help our new patients become familiar with our office, orthodontic treatment and contract fees. Pam or Tami will be one of the first staff members you will meet when you schedule for a new patient exam. Their enthusiasm for orthodontics will help our new patients with orthodontic treatment and the smile change they will experience! Clinical Assistants and Records Coordinator/Lab Assistant
At our office our clinic assistants are: Shelly, Gina, Cristina and Reagan. They are primarily responsible for contributing to the overall health of our patients. The Clinic Assistants assist Dr. Stich in:

• Charting
• Chairside procedures directed by Dr. Stich
• Teaching oral hygiene
• Maintaining an active communication role with the patients/parents.
  

Our Records Coordinator/Lab Assistant is April. April's knowledge of computers assists our practice by incorporating the many possibilities for:

• digital pictures
• x-rays
• digital dental records

These new technologies improve patient education and quality of treatment, as well as enhance communication with other members of the dental care team.

Scheduling Coordinator
We have carefully developed our schedule to suit the needs of our patients. We want to have plenty of time during each appointment to meet with you. There are more than 75 types of appointments. Our Scheduling Coordinator, Karin, knows the details of each appointment, and when during the day it is best to schedule it for the patient. Insurance Coordinator
At Dr. Stich's office we have a member of our team dedicated to handling the insurance needs of our patients. Susan is responsible for following up all insurance claims.
