Our Staff
Patients rave about our practice staff! Friendly, helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable are just some of the descriptive words that we hear again and again. Over half of our staff members have been a part of Dr. Stich's team for over 10 years! Adding up the years at Dr. Stich's practice for all team members produces a number in excess of 70 years and growing all the time. What this means to our patients and families is the experience to answer questions and get the job completed without delay. Gina – Scheduling Coordinator
Gina has been with our office for over 13 years and knows the details of each appointment and at what time during the day it is best to schedule the type of appointment the patient needs. Her efficiency helps to keep our office running on time and smoothly for you! Gina and her husband, Phil, live in Grapevine with their cat, Phoebe. Susan – Insurance Coordinator
Susan has been handling all of our insurance needs for the past 14 years. Her experience with insurance matters help to make everything easier for you. Susan and Ralph, her husband of 38 years, enjoy their family, daughter Liz, their son Nick and his wife Laura, and two loyal dogs, Bo and Boss. Tami – Treatment Coordinator
Tami has been meeting and greeting patients for over 11 years. Her warmth and sincerity have helped many new patients to immediately feel welcome in our office. Tami lives in Coppell with her husband, Keith, and her precious puppies, Lily and Liebe. Reagan – Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Assistant
Reagan wears two hats in our office: Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Assistant. Her experience with each of these areas helps her to fully understand and assist the patients through their orthodontic experience. She and her husband, Chip, are busy with their three children, Logan, Hannah and Jackson. Pam – Treatment/Marketing Coordinator
Pam also handles two jobs in our office: meeting and greeting new patients, AND meeting and greeting the outside community on behalf of the office. Pam feels meeting new people is the greatest perk to her job! Her passion outside of the office is her family, husband Phil, her two grown sons Ross and Richard, Richard’s wife Amanda, and Gigi, her five-pound rescued toy Pomeranian. Shelly – Clinical Assistant
Shelly has been assisting Dr. Stich for over 12 years and while she loves working with braces, she REALLY loves spending time with her husband, Jim, and their two Australian shepherds, Scout and Jake. Shelly is also a personal trainer who enjoys not only working others to their full potential but also pushing herself to be the best she can be by running and working out. Cristina – Clinical Assistant
Cristina clinically assists with a soft touch and an angelic smile. We were very fortunate to have her join our staff five years ago. Seven years ago, Cristina married Ernesto, her high school sweetheart. They have a beautiful son, Ernestito. When Cristina is not playing with or running after Ernestito, Cristina enjoys working out and baking.
Adriane – Clinical Assistant
The country of Brazil is represented well by our sweet, trilingual Adriane. She has been with us since June of 2009. She is married to Alex and they have a new baby, Julia. They have just moved into a new home. Adriane enjoys her church and the friends she has made there. Her ability to make friends easily and her joy for life make her a perfect addition to our staff.
April – Records Coordinator
For over 11 years, April has been the person in our office who takes x-rays, makes models and gets ALL of our patients started in their orthodontic treatment. There is ONLY one like her and we are thrilled she is here. She has two daughters, Lindsey and Hollyn, husband, Clayton, and her eight-year-old, four-legged companion, Lexie.
